Freedom of Information (FOI)

The Goldfinch Trust is committed to openness and transparency in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Members of the public have the right to request access to recorded information held by the Trust. Requests should be made in writing and will be responded to within 20 school days, unless an exemption applies. The Trust aims to make as much information as possible available through its website and publication scheme, which outlines categories such as governance, financial reports, and key policies.
